This OBD II adapter works to power most OBD II GPS tracking devices that you don't want plugged directly into the vehicle OBD II port. Great for hard to access OBD II ports, OBD II port already in use and on board computer(ECU) security as the GPS isn't connected directly to the vehicle's system.
